A family became lost on Place Fell in mist. A small group of team members located the family and walked them to safety. The incident lasted 1 hour and involved 6 team members.

Four Patterdale MRT members conducted a search on the fells above the Langdale Valley to assist Wasdale and Langdale Ambleside MRT with a search for a missing man.  Nothing was found but sadly the man’s body was discovered the following day.

On Tuesday 26th of June Patterdale MRT were called to the aid of a woman who was suffering chest pains. Once on scene, team members and latterly a team doctor treated the woman before she was evacuated by stretcher to a waiting ambulance for further care.
