These terms apply to everything you buy from the Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team online shop. All money raised goes to the team’s work.

Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. You pay the price shown for each item plus postage. The total is shown at the checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. For delivery outside the UK, email us first with your address and what you would like, and we will quote for postage.
- Postage is £3.95 per order.
- Delivery is free on orders over £35.
We aim to post orders within five working days. Our volunteers pack orders, so this can take longer at busy times such as the run-up to Christmas. We will let you know if there is a delay.
Handmade items
Our mugs and pottery are handmade by Upland Clay. Glaze, speckling and size vary slightly from piece to piece, so yours will not be identical to the photograph. This is not a fault.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after it arrives. Email us to say so. You then have a further 14 days to post the item back to the address above.
- We will refund the price of the item and the original postage.
- You pay the cost of returning it, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, using the payment method you used to buy it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photograph if you can. We will replace it or give you a full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your legal rights.
Raffle tickets
- Raffle tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once bought. The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to lottery tickets.
- You must be 16 or over to buy raffle tickets.
- The prizes, closing date and draw date are shown on the ticket page.
- We will contact winners using the details given at the checkout.
