Patterdale Mountain Rescue Association Limited is the administrative organisation and the charity behind the Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team. It is a company limited by guarantee and without share capital.  Its Company Registration Number is 3255894 and registered address: Ogilvie House, Patterdale, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 0PJ.  The Registered Charity Number is 1063329.

All officers and members of the Team are volunteers. Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team is the operational arm of rescuers out in the mountains and local community.

Patterdale Mountain Rescue Association is the registered charity that funds and plans for the longer term sustainability of the Team and its activities.
