Injured walker
On 14 June 25 North West Ambulance Service contacted Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team with a report that a male had fallen down a waterfall.
Upon further investigation the casualty was located near the shore of Ullswater. The team were dispatched and due to the nature of the fall the casualty received pain relief before being stabilised and transferred to the nearby ambulance for transportation on to hospital.
The callout lasted 2 hours and involved 14 team members
